Johnstons Coachlines 1270 is a Volvo B12B with Coach Design C20DAT body. It operates in Grand Pacific Ultimate New Zealand livery.
The seating is 2 across with leather seats. Every seat has oodles of plastic fake wood, a fold out tray and power point. No it hasn't been wired
for wireless internet inside the bus.
Lots of extras in the fitting. The rear door has a pull out step. Note the wooden risers on the steps. The cabinet at the top of the stairs
includes a drinks fridge. There is also another fridge under the floor mounted next to the central vacuum system for cleaning the coach. Note the power
cord so all those elctrics don't have to rely on the battery when the coach is stopped. There are separate batteries for the accessories so if they run
the battery flat the coach will still start. Photos Mike Butler.
The business end of the bus. The dashboard has the same fake wood as the passenger seat consoles - and more switches than I even want to think about,. Photos Mike Butler.
